When will my Faerie Post be shipped ?

Faerie Post mailings are prepared and shipped during the first week of the following month.

If you join before the 15th of the month, you will be part of that month’s Enchanted Post, and your envelope will be prepared and sent at the beginning of the following month.

Each letter is prepared by hand, so please allow a little time for the magic to travel.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime.

There is no long-term commitment and no minimum number of months. You can cancel your subscription through your customer account at any time.

Can I track my mailing?

Faerie Post mailings are sent as letter mail and may not include a tracking number.

Delivery times can vary depending on your country and local postal service. If your envelope hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time (it could take up to 4-5 weeks depending on the destination), please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address through your customer account.

Please make sure your address is updated before the end of the month so that your next Enchanted Post reaches the right mailbox.

What will I receive each month?

Every month, you’ll receive a new Enchanted Post inspired by that month’s theme.

Each mailing may include illustrated prints, postcards, stationery, a letter, and other small treasures created especially for the post club.

The exact contents will remain a little secret until your envelope arrives.
